Who runs this
Free Stack is run by Kaipability Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15772934. Questions go to info@kaipability.com.
No tracking
This site runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking scripts of any kind. It sets no cookies.
No accounts
There are no user accounts anywhere on this site, and no password field exists on any page. Nothing you do here creates a login.
What stays on your device
A few things are saved in your browser, on this device only: your theme choice, the plain English wording preference, any judgements you make in Discover, a flag our own staff devices carry, and, if you use it, your My Stack account register. None of it is sent to Kaipability, and none of it is safe or permanent: your browser can clear it at any time, and switching devices loses it. If you use My Stack, the file you export is the copy that genuinely lasts.
Client share links
When a curated stack is shared as a link, the client name in that link is carried in the URL itself and is rendered only in the visitor's own browser. It is never sent to or stored by Kaipability.
Hosting
Our hosting provider briefly keeps standard access logs, the same way almost every website host does, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these logs for tracking or analytics.
Tool icons
The small icon beside each tool comes from a third-party icon service, either DuckDuckGo's or Google's icon proxy, loaded fresh each time the page opens. Like any image loaded from another site, that request lets the icon service see standard details such as your IP address. We do not control what they do with that data.
